Thank you for choosing LéBee Beauty. We have made a considerable effort to ensure our customer orders are shipped in a timely manner and delivered to your door as quickly as possible.
We offer USPS, ground shipping with UPS and/or FedEx for domestic U.S. orders. All orders are shipped from and within the United States. International orders are not available at this time.
- Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing.
- Free Standard Shipping on Makeup/Cosmetics U.S. Orders over $59.
- Only Pay $5 for Shipping on Makeup Orders under $59.
- Shipping for Handbags & Accessories is only $9.95 per order.
- Handbag Orders that qualify for FREE or discounted shipping are shipped via our standard shipping method.
- Makeup & Makeup Accessories - 3-5 business days.
- Imported Luxury Handbags - 1-3 weeks.
- Shoes & 845 West Accessories - 1-3 weeks.
Email confirmations will be sent to you once your order has been authorized and verified. A confirmation will be sent to you with tracking information once your order has been shipped. If for any reason you need to cancel your order, there is a 24-hour window of placing your order to cancel. Once an order has been fulfilled, we cannot cancel the process. Login to your account or contact us at email@example.com. Once an order has been placed, we cannot manually apply discount codes or vouchers. Discount codes MUST be entered before you submit your order for payment processing.
Returns & Exchanges
At LéBee Beauty, we want our customers to be happy and satisfied with their purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item(s), please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We accept returns on all regularly priced, non-personalized items within 30 days of receipt. Returns can only be exchanged for the same or like item on most items; however, if you would like to return a regularly priced item for a full product refund of what you paid (exclude taxes and shipping cost), you must contact customer service within 15 days of receipt.
If the item was purchased from the Limited Edition Collection and the item Design Style & SKU is no longer available, we will issue a store credit. Gift items can be returned in exchange for store credit only. All Last Look (Sale) items are final sale, meaning no exchanges, no returns, or no refunds. Please note that shipping fees and taxes (where applicable) are non-refundable.
- To exchange an item, you must contact customer service within 15 days of receiving your order at email@example.com.
- When sending a Return & Exchange email, please write “Return & Exchange Item” in the subject line.
- Customer service will provide a RAC (Return Authorization Code) to you as a tracking method for what items you are to return to LéBee Beauty.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping cost associated with returning your unwanted item(s) to LéBee Beauty. We recommend shipping with tracking and insurance as LéBee Beauty or AY Brands Co. will not be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
To return your unwanted item: Item(s) must be in its original packaging, unopened, a copy of your receipt is required with your returned item, tag must still be affixed to the product (if applicable), item must be clean and unused, and returned in the original condition in which you received it. We wrap your order with care but if items within your order are damaged, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of LéBee Beauty receiving your original item. You will be notified via email that your exchange credit has been processed. If applicable, you will also be notified once your new item has shipped. If you are to receive a store credit, you will be notified via email what the amount of the store credit will be and how you can redeem your credit. If you are to receive a product* refund, we will notify you via email when the refund was processed. Refunds can only be refunded back to the card that was used to purchase the item(s). If for any reason the refund cannot be processed on the card you used to place your order (example: if the card is no longer active or expired or lost); we will issue a store credit only.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Once the 30 days have lapsed, we cannot offer a return or exchange. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. The address on your order package is not the return center address and will affect the processing of your return. We must have an RAC on file to receive any returned packages from you, the customer. If you have not received your order within 15 days of shipping notification, you must contact us immediately at email@example.com so we can reach out to the carrier for delivery confirmation or updated details. Thank you!
*Product refund means that you will be refunded the amount you paid for that particular product less any discounts, shipping, and/or taxes. So, the cost of shipping and taxes will be deducted from your product refund (if applicable) and any discounts applied will stand. Please note that certain items may require a 3% restocking fee to be deducted from your refund - be sure to ask our Beauty Specialist for more details.
